She spends her free time juggling busy sports schedules, making memories with her family, and enjoying plenty of laughter along the way.

Emily graduated from Trinity University in 2022 with a degree in Communication and Sport Management. She was a member of the Women’s Volleyball team – Playing in three Elite Eights, two Final Fours, and even competing for a national championship. She spends her free time binge watching her favorite shows, walking her dog (Fynn), or reading a good romance novel. She also holds the title of “Director of Communications” at the local non-profit, The Basketball Embassy.

Phyllis is a Texas State University graduate with 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. She specializes in multi-generational personal lines insurance and is passionate about building long-term relationships with families. Outside of work, Phyllis enjoys spending time with her husband and their four dogs—two Labradoodles, a Boykin Spaniel, and a Miniature Poodle. They love exploring the outdoors together and vacationing in Maine for a peaceful escape.

Nadia was born and raised in El Paso, TX, and graduated from Trinity University in 2023 where she double majored in Environmental Studies and Communication. She played Division III volleyball for Trinity, and made program history being a part of the only class to compete in four consecutive national championship tournaments. Nadia enjoys giving back to the sport by serving as both a volleyball coach and referee.

With 25 years of Commercial Insurance Experience at the agency, she has developed a strong passion for the insurance industry and enjoys all aspects of the business. Prior to her time in insurance, she was in the banking industry working in Human Resources and Facility Management. She is the proud mother of three wonderful kids, and in her free time she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her 10-year-old Shiba Inu, Max.

Lazaro joined Sanger in the fall of 2017 and serves as Farm & Ranch Manager. A San Antonio native, he graduated in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitative Science and a minor in Psychology, earning multiple Dean’s List awards and an academic scholarship along the way. He is committed to remaining respectful and actively listening to each client’s needs, ensuring they feel heard and supported. Outside of work, Lazaro enjoys lifting weights, golfing, and spending time with friends and family.
