- Agency Principals and senior agency staff are involved in even the smallest concerns of our customers
- Each account is assigned to a Service Team according to the type of client and normally a minimum of three people are actively involved in and aware of each accounts current issues
- You will not reach a recording and an individual capable of assisting or directing you to the proper Service Team will answer your telephone calls within two rings
- We invest heavily in our employees through professional training, continual education, and provide them with advanced technology and the resources they need to live by our service philosophy.
We encourage all of our insureds and prospective clients to meet with us face to face, either at our office or your place of business or residence. The goal is to protect your assets and we routinely customize programs to fit both standard markets and coverages as well as unusual and difficult to place risks.
